Research on construction of information service platform for urban planning decision-making based on "one map"

为了提高城市规划的科学性和合理性,集成和综合运用多源异构规划决策数据,基于"一张图"的设计理念和方法构架,提出建立"规划决策一张图"信息服务平台。结合城市规划特点,分析了规划编制涉及的决策因子及数据源,从城市规划对象的角度设计了"一张图"的图层结构及系统功能,讨论了多源异构数据无缝集成方式,并以攀枝花市为例建立了"规划决策一张图"信息服务系统原型。

In order to improve the scientific and rational nature of urban planning,the establishment of information service plat-form with＆quot;one map for decision-making for planning＆quot;is proposed through the integration and comprehensive application of the multi-source heterogeneous planning decision-making data,and based on the design concept and method architecture of＆quot;one map＆quot;.By taking into account the characteristics of urban planning,the decision-making factors and data sources related to the preparation of planning are analyzed,the layer structure and systematic functions of＆quot;one map＆quot;are designed from the perspec-tive of the objects of urban planning,the integration method of the multi-source heterogeneous data is discussed,and the proto-type of the information service system with＆quot;one map for decision-making for planning＆quot;is established by taking Panzhihua City as an example.
