基于物联网的建筑设备的智能终端研究

摘要 伴随着经济的发展,国内的高层建筑和超高层建筑也越来越多,相应的建筑设备也不断增加,如何对这些高层建筑的建筑设备进行有效的管理,使其更加智能、节能,是建筑设备管理的重中之重。在以前大部分建筑设备的管理都是采用传统的方法,传统方法耗时耗力,反应缓慢,控制性差,稳定性差,更容易引发安全问题。相比之下基于物联网的建筑设备的管理方法,在建筑设备管理方面比传统方法拥有巨大优势,不但能降低建筑设备能耗、灵活方便地控制建筑设备,而且安全稳定。论文介绍了基于物联网的建筑设备管理系统结构,并对系统中的智能终端部分做了研究,对智能终端设计提出了解决方案,为提高建筑设备智能化管理水平具有一定的参考价值。 With the development of economy, the domestic high-rise building and super high-rise buildings are more and more, the corresponding construction equipment is also increasing, how these high-rise building construction equipment for effective management, make it more intelligent, energy-saving, became a priority among priorities of construction equipment management. In the past most of the construction equipment management are using the traditional method, the traditional method is time-consuming, slow response, poor controllability, stability is poor, more easily cause security problems,. Management method in contrast based on IOT construction equipment, has a huge advantage than traditional methods in the construction equipment management can not only reduce energy consumption, construction equipment, construction equipment, control flexibility and security and stability. This paper introduces the system structure of building equipment management based on the Internet of things, and the intelligent terminal part of the system to do the research, the solution plan of the intelligent terminal design is put forward, which has a certain reference value for improving the management level of intelligent building equipment.
