摘要
针对导热油作为传热介质的电加热器进行了模型推导,并以该模型为例,对工业上广泛存在的二阶系统对象进行了分析,重点分析了系统初始状态对系统阶跃响应的影响,以及多种初始状态下的典型曲线波形,并对实际应用中的矩形激励响应进行了讨论。
The model was derived according to the heater with heat conduction oil as the heat transfer medium. And as an example of the second-order system widespread in industrial objects, this model was analyzed, focusing on the influence to the system step response by the initial conditions of the system, as well as the typical waveforms of the step response curve in some initial conditions. At last, the response on the actual rectangular excitation were discussed.
