摘要
患者,女,38岁。右耳廓暗红色丘疹2年。组织病理检查示:真皮中上部血管增生,血管周围淋巴细胞、嗜酸粒细胞浸润。根据患者临床及镜下特点诊断为嗜酸粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生。二氧化碳激光治疗后消退,未见复发。
A female patient with two years history of red papules in her right ear. Histopathology showed a proliferation of blood vessels surrounded by lymphocytes cells and a few eosinophils. According to its clinical and pathological features, the diagnosis of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia was made. After car-bon dioxide laser treatmen there is no recurrence.
