Diagnosis and treatment of children with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with arrhythmia

扩张型心肌病(DCM)可合并各种类型心律失常,其左室内径大小与恶性室性心律失常的发生呈正相关。诊断合并心律失常的DCM需排除其他原因所致的心肌病。DCM并心律失常的药物治疗以胺碘酮、β受体阻滞剂为主,部分需射频消融、起搏器植入、置入埋藏式心脏复律除颤器等治疗。

Dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） can be complicat- ed with various types of arrhythmia. The size of left ventricular diameter was positively related to the occurrence of malignant ventrieular arrhythmia. The diagnosis of DCM complicated with arrhythmia should exclude the cardiomyopathy induced by other causes. The medication therapy for DCM complicated with arrhythmia could choice amiodarone, or beta blockers. Part of patients should employ the methods such as radiofre- queney ablation, implantation of pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator.
