桑葚多糖对小鼠抗疲劳作用及其机制研究 被引量:15

摘要 为了探讨桑葚多糖抗疲劳的作用及其机制,用雄性SPF级昆明种小鼠150只,随机分为5组,即正常对照组、阳性对照(西地那非)组、桑葚多糖低、中、高剂量组(100,300,900 mg·kg-1·d-1).每组30只,连续经口给予受试物30 d后,分别进行力竭游泳、肝糖原含量、血清尿素氮和血乳酸含量测定.结果表明:与正常对照相比,桑葚多糖中剂量组小鼠显著提高游泳时间和运动后小鼠肝糖原含量(P<0.05),显著降低运动后小鼠体内血清尿素氮和血乳酸含量(P<0.05);桑葚多糖高剂量组在各个指标上的差异性达到极显著(P<0.01);并且桑葚多糖高剂量组与阳性对照组相比,差异不显著.由此得出结论:桑葚多糖具有抗疲劳作用,高剂量的效果与西地那非相似. To explore the anti-fatigue effect and mechanism of polysaccharides from mulberry amylose (MA) , a total of 150 male SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control (NC), positive control (PC), low dose (100 mg · kg^-l · d^-1) (LD), middle dose (300 mg · kg^-1 ·. d-1) (MD) and high dose (900 mg · kg^-1 · d^-l) (HD) of mulberry amylose (MA). Each mouse was fed once a day for 30 days according to the above experimental design. At the end of the thirtieth day, all the mice were evaluated for their weight-loaded exhausted swimming duration and the contents of hepatic glycogen, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood lactic acid. Compared with NC group, weight-loaded exhausted swimming time and content of hepatic glycogen significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) in MD group, while weight-content of blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid significant- ly decreased. In addition, each index in HD mice was very significantly different from that of the con- trols. Especially, all the experimental indexes in HD mice didn't have a difference compared with mice in PC. MA could alleviate physical fatigue, and the effect of high dosage of MA is similar to that of PC.
