摘要
以河南省农业水资源生产为考察对象,研究了2005—2012年河南省粮食生产投入产出效率,运用投入导向的DEA方法得到计算期间农业用水等投入指标的技术效率,规模效率,结果表明,农业用水和其它投入性指标具有一定的要素替代性,在粮食生产技术和规模有效的条件下,通过提高劳动力、农机动力、农药化肥等生产投入性指标的效率,稳定或减少农业用水数量,可以保障粮食生产稳产增产.
Study on the production of agricultural water resources and input-output efficiency of grain production from 2005 to 2012 of Henan Province. Using the investment orientation of DEA method to calculate technical efficiency and scale efficiency of input indicators. The results show that agricultural water and other indicators have factor substitution. If the grain production is technical efficiency and scale efficiency, improving the efficiency of the labor force, the power of agriculture machinery, pesti- cide and fertilizer, and stabilizing or reducing the amount of agricultural water, can guarantee the grain production yield.
