Clinical significance of autoantibody test in central nervous system autoimmune diseases

摘要 免疫反应产生的自身抗体在中枢神经系统自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用,本文拟就多发性硬化、视神经脊髓炎和自身免疫性脑炎相关抗体及其临床意义进行综述。 Autoantibodies play an important role in autoimmune diseases of the central nervous system. This article summarizes the autoantibodies involved in multiple sclerosis （MS）, neuromyelitis optica （NMO） and autoimmune encephalitis, and their clinical significance.
