Hypersomnia and weakness of limbs for eight months, becoming aggravated for one month
摘要
患者男性，46岁。主因睡眠增多伴四肢乏力8个月、加重1个月，于2013年11月22日入院。患者8个月前开始出现睡眠增多，常于谈话过程中即入睡但易叫醒，伴双下肢沉重感；1个月后出现睡眠时间延长（17～18h／d）、程度加深，不易被叫醒，但可自行苏醒，醒后反应迟钝、四肢乏力。
