微创神经脊柱外科治疗椎间盘相关性疼痛发展史 被引量:3

摘要 微创脊柱手术治疗椎间盘疾病的主要优势在于创伤小、恢复快、美容效果好。椎间盘源性疾病的微创治疗经历了化学性髓核毁损,自动经皮椎间盘切除术和椎间盘髓内热凝等技术。脊柱内镜技术被广泛的应用到了微创脊柱手术中,明显的提高了手术效果。导航技术已经开始应用到脊柱外科中,可以提高经椎弓根内固定的准确性。随着微创脊柱手术技术的逐渐成熟以及手术器械的不断发展,越来越多的椎间盘相关性疼痛可以通过微创脊柱手术完成。
