对微型外固定支架治疗掌指骨开放性粉碎性骨折应用的临床分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨应用微型外固定支架治疗掌指骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法从2010年1月至2013年1月,对19例19处单掌、指骨开放性粉碎性骨折,均采用切开手术治疗。首先骨折端手法复位,克氏针临时固定,分别从骨折远端、近端垂直骨干纵轴钻入2枚半螺纹针,达对侧骨皮质,安装微型外固定支架,调整固定牢固后,缝合血管、神经、软组织。术后尽早锻炼手指,根据x线片复查结果调整微型外固定支架。结果随访3~15个月,骨折无移位,无断钉,外固定稳固,关节稳定,无感染,伤口愈合良好,骨折愈合达临床标准,功能恢复佳。按TAM标准评价,优良率78.9%。结论微型外固定支架治疗开放粉碎性掌指骨折,具有操作简单、稳定性好、骨折愈合率高、感染率低等优点,是治疗此类损伤较为理想的方法。
