摘要
建立了多晶材料晶粒生长的数学模型,采用相变场模拟方法研究了第二相颗粒对晶粒粗化的影响。结果表明,随着第二相晶粒体积分数的增大,晶粒生长受到阻碍。晶粒的粗化情况符合标度律。
The mathematical model of grain growth of polycrystalline material was established, and the effect of the second phase particles on the grain coarsening was investigated by the phase field simulation method. The results show that the grain growth is suppressed with the increase of the volume fraction of second phase particles. And the grain coarsening is agreed with scaling law.
