摘要
研究了20MnSi热轧盘条钢筋在不同冷却速度下对钢筋组织和硬度性能的影响。结果表明,在0.5~15.0℃/s的冷却速度下,钢筋的显微组织主要为铁素体、珠光体和贝氏体;通过调控冷却速度的方法可以有效调控钢筋中的软硬相组织,从而根据所需要的性能制定合宜的冷却工艺。
The effect of different cooling rates on the microstructure and properties of hot rolled 20MnSi steel bar were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the steel is mainly composed of ferrite, pearlite and bainite in the cooling speed of 0.5-15.0 ℃/s. The soft and hard phases in steel bar can be effectively controlled by adjusting the cooling rate, so as to set out fitting cooling process according to the needing performance.
