摘要
研究了SiC颗粒尺寸和体积分数对SiCp/Al复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,在相同体积分数下,SiC颗粒粒径越小,对复合材料性能的改善效果越明显,5μm时效果最好。采用5μm的SiC颗粒,复合材料的抗拉强度、比强度随体积分数增大而先增后降,15%时达到最大,硬度随体积分数的增大而增大。综合来看,SiC颗粒粒径为5μm,体积分数为15%时,制备的材料性能最好。
The effect of the particle size and volume fi'action of SiC on the properties of the SiCp/Al composites was investigated. The results show that the improvement of the composites properties is more obvious with the decrease of the SiC particles size under the same volume fraction of SiC, and the particle size of 5 μm is optimal. The tensile strength and specific strength of composites with the SiC particle size of 5 μm increases first and then decrease with the increase of the SiC volume fraction, and the volume fraction of 15% is optimal. But the hardness increases steadily with the increase of the SiC volume fraction. Taken all together, the properties of the composites are optimal when the particle size and volume fraction of SiC are 5 μm and 15% respectively.
