摘要
以Ti-50.8Ni-0.3Cr形状记忆合金为研究对象,在不同温度和时间下对其进行时效处理,分析合金的显微组织、拉伸性能和超弹特性。结果表明,随着时效时间的增加,Ti-50.8Ni-0.3Cr形状记忆合金的塑性变差,强度不断提高。时效温度为300℃时,合金的超弹特性最好。
The microstructure, tensile properties and superelasticity of the Ti-50.8Ni-0.3Cr shape memory alloy after aging process with different temperatures and times were studied. The results show that the plasticity of the alloy decrease and the strength improve continually with the increase of the aging tiems. The best superelasticity of the alloy can be found when the aging temperature is 300 ℃.
