摘要
以高强度IF440热镀锌钢板为对象,研究了热处理工艺对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,高强度IF440热镀锌钢板在780~840℃温度范围内已经完成再结晶过程,且随着退火温度的升高,其性能和织构向着有利于深冲性能提高的方向发展。
Effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of IF440 high strength hot dip galvanized steel was studied. The results show that the recrystailization of the IF440 completes between 780 ℃ and 840 ℃, and the texture and properties improve with the increase of the annealing temperature.
