摘要
以汽柴油加氢装置用钢管为对象,研究其在不同加热方式、不同回火温度下的热处理行为。结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,钢管的屈服强度和抗拉强度强度平稳下降,断后伸长率提高。碳含量为0.170%以上时,淬火产生较多马氏体,钢管的强度明显提高。
The heat treatment action of steel tube used in diesel hydrotreating unit with different type of heating and temper temperature was studied. The results show that the yield strength and tensile strength decrease and the elongation of the steel tube increase with the increase of temper temperature. More martensite can be obtained when the carbon content is more than 0.170%.
