摘要
在不同热处理条件下对无碳化物无贝氏体钢进行处理,研究其微观组织和力学性能,对组织中残余奥氏体的含量与分布进行分析。结果表明,无碳化物无贝氏体钢经过低温回火之后,其屈服强度和冲击韧度明显提高。等温处理和较低的冷却速度能够得到较多的残余奥氏体。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of the carbide-bee and bainite-free steel under different heat treatment were studied, and the contents and distribution of the retained austenite were deep analysis. The results show that the yield strength and impact toughness of the steel obvious increase after low tempering. More retained austenite can be obtained by isothermal treatment and lower cooling velocity.
