摘要
通过在磷化液中加入纳米SiO2添加剂,在低碳钢表面制备纳米SiO2磷化膜,对磷化膜的制备过程及其对低碳钢耐腐蚀性能的影响进行研究。结果表明,纳米SiO2可以改善磷化膜的晶粒尺寸,使膜层变得致密。
The nano SiO2 phosphate coating on mild steel was prepared by adding solution, and the preparation process and the effect on corrosion resistance of the results show that the nano-SiO2 can improve the grain size of phosphating film and the nano SiO2 additives in phosphating phosphating film were studied. The density of the film is increased.
