摘要
模拟包钢含铌铁液的成分,在真空碳管炉内氧化冶炼配制Fe-Nb-C合金,Fe3O4为氧化剂,进行有渣、无渣及有渣真空冶炼条件下,渣剂为SiO2-CaO-Al2O3系造渣剂,研究在1 450-1 650℃范围内Fe-Nb-C合金熔体中碳、铌氧化行为。结果表明:无渣和加渣冶炼条件下,铁液中碳和铌同时氧化,铁液温度升高,铁液中铌氧化量减小,碳氧化量增加,采用XRD分析了渣中的铌以Fe(NbO3)2形式存在;而真空脱碳时,铁液中碳含量不断降低,铌含量又不断升高,实现了脱碳保铌。
The Fe-Nb-C alloy was smelted in vacuum carbon tube furnace adopting Fe3O4 as oxidant and SiOrCaO-Al2O3 as slag former, and the oxidation behavior of C and Nb in Fe-Nb-C alloy melt was studied. The results show that Nb and C are simultaneously oxidized in the smelting condition with and without slag formers, with the ascent of the melt temperature, the content of Nb oxidized in the melt reduces, and the content of C oxidized increases. XRD analysis results show that Nb in the slag exist in the form of Fe(NbO3)2. In vacuum decarburization process, the C content in molten iron is decreasing, and Nb content is rising again, which realizethe decarburization and Nb-conservation.
