摘要
采用正交实验方法研究了钛卤盐热裂解法生产高纯钛的工艺条件。结果表明,各因素对钛纯度影响程度从大到小依次为高温区温度>真空度>低温区温度>卤化剂用量。在最优条件下,所得产品经电子束熔炼后,纯度可以达到99.998%。
The process conditions of purifying titanium by thermal decomposition of titanium iodides were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the effects of the factors on the purity of the titanium are listed in the following decreasing order: high-temperature region 〉 vacuum degree 〉 low-temperature region 〉 the dosing of halogen . Under the optimal conditions, the product purity can be 99.998% by EB fusion.
