摘要
根据某钢厂连铸中间包结构和操作工艺参数,建立中间包钢液流动的数学模型,用FLUENT软件进行模拟计算。数值模拟结果得出了不同结构的湍流控制器对中间包流场的影响,指出湍流控制器对中间包冲击区的流场影响较大,几种湍流控制器对中间包流场都有一定的改善作用。其中八边形有顶缘的湍流控制器更有利于降低湍动能,八边形侧壁设置斜向上的导流孔更有利于夹杂物碰撞。
On the basis of the structure and operating parameters of continuous casting tundish, the mathematical model of tundish steel liquid flow was established by FLUENT software. The results show that the different structures of the turbulence controller will greatly affect the tundish flow field, and it has a great influence on the flow field in tundish impact zone. These various turbulence controller have improved effects on tundish fluid flow. The octagonal with eaves turbulence controller is conducive to reduce the turbulence energy, and the octagonal with holes turbulence controller is conducive to collide among inclusions.
