摘要 在铸锭质量研究的基础上对某厂的保温帽结构和材质进行改良。具体的措施为:增加保温帽厚度、减小保温帽内壁与垂直方向的夹角、改良绝热材料的配方等。试验结果表明,改良后的保温帽能减少铸锭的疏松缺陷,提高产品合格率。但不能解决因锭尾和横向的凝固速度而导致的内部枝晶缺陷和中心缺陷等问题。宜通过改善铸模的结构来降低铸锭横向和尾部的温度梯度,以及在精炼等方面努力控制缺陷的数量。 the structure and material of a factory's heat preservation cap was improved based on the study of the ingot's quality. Specific measures: increasing the thickness of heat preservation cap, reducing the angle of heat preservation cap wall and vertical direction, improving the formulation of thermal insulation material. The experimental results show that improved heat preservation cap can reduce the porosity defect in ingots and raise the qualified rate of product. But it can't solve the problems such as the internal dendrite defects and centerline defects etc, which are induced by the solidification speed of ingot tail and transverse direction. Improving the structure of the ingots molds to reduce the temperature gradient of ingot tail and transverse direction, and the effort in refining process can control the defect number in ingot.
