摘要
从温度场、流动场、应力场以及多场耦合等方面综述了计算机对铸造过程各物理场量的三维模拟情况,总结了基于相场法和元胞自动机法的铸件微观组织演化过程三维模拟研究进展。指出计算机三维模拟在铸造过程中的应用前景广阔。
The research progress of three-dimensional computer simulation on casting process were summarized through temperature field, flow field, stress field and multi-field coupling, which were based on phase field method and cellular automata method. The results show that the 3D computer simulation will be have broad prospects in casting process.
