近等温锻造FGH4095高温合金的显微组织及力学性能

摘要 以FGH4095高温合金作为研究对象,实验得到喷射态、热等静压态和近等温锻造态的FGH4095高温合金,通过扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜,以及拉伸实验观察分析显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,近等温锻造态FGH4095合金显微组织及力学性能优于其他两种状态的合金。 Taking FGH4095 superalloy as research object, the FGH4095 superalloys of injection state, hot isostatic pressing state and near-isothermal forging state were obtained, and the microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and tensile, experiment. The results show that the microstmcture and mechanical properties of near-isothermal forging state FGH4095 superaUoy is superior to other two kinds of state allovs.
