摘要
4G20B缸体No.1缸与No.2缸之间以及No.3缸与No.4缸之间有很窄的通水道,形成该通水道的是水套芯结构中的厚度δ=3.0 mm的覆膜砂薄片。为防止该狭窄通水道处缸筒产生缺口,以及有时在缺口位置伴生烧结状铁夹砂缺陷,采用低膨胀高强度TL-NY覆膜砂,在薄片处实施3层涂料,缩短浇注时间为12~14 s等措施。稳定地解决了缸筒缺口问题和缺口位置产生的烧结状铁夹砂缺陷。
There are very narrow water through channel between No.l and No.2 cylinder bore and between No.3 and No.4 cylinder bore of 4G20B cylinder block. The narrow water through channels are formed by thin slice water jacket cores, which are composed of resin coated sand with the thickness of 3 mm. In order to prevent the narrow water through channel from cylinder bore gap and burnt-on sand coated defects in the narrow water through channel sometimes, some measures are used, including applying low expansion and high strength resin coated sand,model TL-NY;applying three layers coating ~ shorting pouring time to 12- 14 s. Thus, above problems are stably solved.
