摘要
根据某钢厂干熄焦罐车衬板使用现状,提出了从衬板材质(化学成分)、结构(倒角)及生产节奏等方面的改进方案。改进后衬板使用寿命明显提高,由原来每天下线衬板56~78块减少到目前的5~8块,衬板在线周期大为延长。
According to the using situation of the lining plate used for the dry quenching coke tank car in a steel plant, the improvement projects from the lining plate material (chemical composition), structure (chamfering) and the production rhythm were put forward. The service life of the improved lining plate obviously increases, the offline lining plates reduce to 5-8 blocks every day from 56-78 blocks, the online cycle of lining plate greatly is extended.
