摘要
对高牌号灰铸铁机座进行了铸造工艺设计,包括铸件工艺性改进、造型材料选择、浇注系统及砂芯设计等,设计过程采用三维造型软件Pro/E绘制出零件及浇注工艺三维图,然后在ProCast软件中完成网格划分并模拟浇注和凝固过程,通过不同浇注系统设计方案充型及凝固过程模拟对比,优化工艺方案,使工艺设计更加科学合理。
The casting process for the base castings of grey cast iron was designed, including the improvement of casting manufacturability, the selection of molding materials, and the design of gating system and the sand core, and so on. 3D modeling software Pro/E was used to map the 3D drawings of parts and pouring process in the design, and to mesh the grids in ProCast software and to simulate the casting and solidification process. Through contrasting to the simulation results, the schemes were optimized to make the process more scientific and reasonable.
