摘要
为了提高络筒机用Zn-5Al合金槽筒超塑成形的品质和生产效率,对络筒机用Zn-5Al合金槽筒超塑成形工艺进行了研究。根据超塑性材料气涨成形的原理,针对络筒机用Zn-5Al合金槽筒结构和技术特点,提出了络筒机用Zn-5Al合金槽筒超塑成形工艺参数选择的基本原则;给出了成形模具设计的计算方法,并对成形模具的设计和使用要点进行了阐述。结果表明,采用超塑气涨成形工艺加工的槽筒毛坯,槽形准确,表面粗糙度Ra≤6.3μm,能直接进行抛光,达到了工艺要求。同时,缩短了生产周期,降低了加工成本。
In order to improve the forming quality and production efficiency of superplastic forming Zn-5Al alloy drum winder,the super plastic forming process was analyzed.Based on principle of superplastic gas forming,basic principle of the parameters of superselective plastic forming process for aluminum alloy drum were presented according to the structure and technical features.Calculation method of the forming die design were given,and the key points of design and the use of die forming were described.The results show that tube blank by superplastic forming exhibits the features of precision shape with Ra≤6.3,which can be directly carried out polishing to meet the process requirements.Meanwhile,cost was reduced and the production cycle was shorten.
