摘要
目的测量新疆地区维吾尔族及汉族成年女性腰椎骨密度(BMD),研究新疆地区成年女性骨密度现状,建立该地区两民族定量CT(QCT)腰椎BMD数据库,探讨两种民族女性腰椎BMD随年龄变化的规律及差异.资料与方法使用16排多层螺旋CT机和QCT3000骨密度分析系统对17~87岁的937名符合健康标准的乌鲁木齐及周边地区维吾尔族及汉族成年女性进行腰椎BMDQCT测量,用8种回归模型拟合成年女性腰椎BMD随年龄的变化曲线,找出最佳拟合模型方程建立参考数据库,按不同民族5岁分为1个年龄组,比较两组BMD的差异.结果三次回归模型拟合程度均优于其他回归模型,拟合曲线的决定系数为0.593~0.626(P<0.001).维吾尔族女性腰椎出现峰值骨密度的年龄为25~29岁,早于汉族女性的30~34岁.随年龄增大,两种民族女性BMD均逐渐下降,50岁以后,骨量丢失有加速下降的趋势,65岁以上维吾尔族女性骨量丢失明显.结论本研究建立新疆地区维吾尔族及汉族女性腰椎BMD的QCT参考数据库,两种民族女性腰椎骨密度变化规律相似,50岁以后骨量丢失均显示有加速趋势.
Purpose To measure bone mineral density (BMD) of lumbar vertebra in adult females of the Uygur and Han nationalities for an understanding of BMD status in Xinjiang area, to establish BMD reference data of lumbar vertebra based on a quantitative CT (QCT) study, and to explore the change of BMD with age in different nationalities. Materials and Methods A total of 935 healthy women aged 17-87 years of Han and Uygur nationalities in Xinjiang area underwent CT scan for BMD of lumbar vertebra by 16-slice spiral CT and QCT 3000 System. BMD of lumbar vertebra with age-related changes was fitted in the whole healthy women poptdation by 8 kinds of regression models for the best model equations. The mean BMD values were expressed as mean and standard deviation (SD) according to different nationality and age (population was grouped according to 5-year gap). Results A cubic regression model was better fitted with age-related changes as compared with the other regression models, and the coefficients of determination (R") of fitting curve were 0.593-0.626 (P〈0.001). The peak of BMD of lumbar vertebra appeared earlier in Uygur females (25-29 years old) than that in Han females (30-34 years old). The BMD declined gradually with age, and it showed a sharp decrease after 50 years old, In particular, it dropped sharply in Uygur females after they became 65 years old. Conclusion The QCT reference database of BMD of lumbar vertebra in females of Uygur and Han nationalities in Xinjiang area suggests that BMD of female adults in both nationalities has similar change and both show a sharp decline after 50 years old.
