摘要
目的 建立华东菝葜药材中成分薯蓣皂苷元的含量测定方法。方法 采用ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6mm×250mm×5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(90:10)为流动相,检测波长为203nm,流速为1ml/min,柱温为30℃.结果 薯蓣皂苷元在40.08~400.80 μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997,样品回收率为97.56%,RSD =0.59% (n =6).结论 该方法简便、准确,结果稳定,可用于华东菝葜中薯蓣皂苷元的测定。
Objective To establish a mothod for determination of diosgenin in Smilax sieboldii Miq.Methods The method was adopted for the determination with ZORBAX SB-C 18 (4.6mm × 250mm × 5 tμm) as chromatographic column,acetonitrile-water (90:10)as mobile phase; the wavelength was 203nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the column temperature was at 30℃.Results Range of diosgenin were 40.08-400.80μg/ml (r =0.9997),with average recoveries of 97.56% (n =6),RSD =0.59%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and stable,which could be used for the quality control of Smilax sieboldii Miq.
