摘要
目的探讨细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)和Ki67蛋白的表达及人类乳头状病毒(HPV)感染在阴茎鳞状细胞癌(阴茎鳞癌)中的意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例阴茎鳞癌组织中Cyclin D1(高分化32例,中分化22例,低分化6例)和Ki67蛋白的表达,原位杂交法检测HPV16/18的感染情况。结果阴茎鳞癌中Cyclin D1、Ki67和HPV16/18总阳性表达率分别为56.7%、61.7%和41.7%,中、低分化组的表达均高于高分化组(72.7%、100%vs.37.5%和81.8%、83.3%vs.43.8%和45.5%、66.7%vs.34.4%)(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1和Ki67的表达与HPV16/18感染率呈正相关(r=0.489,r=0.449,P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin D1和Ki67的过表达可作为评定阴茎鳞癌预后的指标。
Objective To explore the expressions and significance of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 and human papilloma virus(HPV)16/18 infection in penile squamous cell carcinoma(PSCC). Methods The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 60 cases of PSCC (highly differentiated in 32 cases, moderately differentiated in 22 cases and lowly differentiated in 6 cases). HPV16/18 infection was detected by in suit hybridization. Results The overall positive rates of Cyclin D1, Ki67 and HPV16/18 were 56.7%, 61.7% and 41.7%, respectively,which were lower in highly differentiated group(37.5% ,43.8% and 34. 4%) than those in moderately differentiated group (72. 7%, 81.8% and 45.5%) and lowly differentiated group (100%, 83.3% and 66.7%)(P〈0. 05). The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 were positively correlated to the infection rate of HPV16/18(r=0. 489,r=0. 449,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Cyclin D1 and Ki67 over-expressions may be used as the indicators in evaluating the prognosis of patients with PSCC.
