南京市20698例体检人群前列腺特异性抗原筛查与分析

Screening and analysis of prostate-specific antigen in 20 698 cases of health examination in Nanjing

目的分析南京市20 698例体检人群前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）筛查结果。方法采用化学发光酶免疫分析法检测20 698例男性体检者血清PSA浓度。结果随年龄增长,血清PSA〉4.0ng/ml者在各年龄段组中比例呈明显上升趋势,特别是45岁以上年龄段组上升趋势更明显（P〈0.01）。PSA≤10.0ng/ml的20 510例体检人群中,18岁~、21岁~、40岁~、60岁~、70-97岁年龄段者的血清PSA浓度分别为（0.63±0.48）ng/ml、（0.93±0.64）ng/ml、（1.12±0.93）ng/ml、（1.63±1.48）ng/ml、（2.34±2.02）ng/ml,各年龄组间比较均有统计学差异（F=717.07,P〈0.01）。结论血清PSA浓度随年龄的增长呈明显上升趋势。45岁以上男性应定期检测PSA。

Objective To analyze the results of prostate-specific antigen（PSA）detected from 20698 men underwent health examination in Nanjing. Methods Serum PSA was detected by chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay in 20 698 men undergoing health examination. Results As age increased, the proportion of people with PSA〉4.0 ng/ml, especially in the persons aged more than 45 years old,was increased（P〈0. 01）. In 20 510 cases with PSA≤10.0 ng/ml, serum levels of PSA in different age groups of 18-, 21-, 40-, 60 years- and 70-97 years were （0. 63±0. 48） ng/ml, （0.93±0.64） ng/ml, （1.12±0. 93） ng/ml, （1.63±1.48） ng/ml and （2.34±2.02） ng/ml, resepctively. The differences among 5 groups were significant（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Serum level of PSA increases as age increases. Men aged over 45 years old should make regular PSA screening.
