睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的肾脏损害 被引量:2

摘要 睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome,SAHS)具有潜在危险性,可累及多系统脏器及组织,但由其所导致的肾脏损伤目前还未引起足够重视.本研究通过检测血清胱抑素C (Cys-C)、血β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸及尿蛋白水平,探讨SAHS患者是否存在肾功能损伤,寻找适合评价肾功能早期损伤的敏感指标,以期为临床SAHS的防治及预后提供新的理论基础.
