超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断价值及经验分析

The diagnostic value and empirical analysis of ultrasonography for ectopic pregnancy

目的总结异位妊娠的超声诊断经验,提高对各类异位妊娠声像表现的认识。方法对我院2004-2012年超声诊断并经手术病理证实的152例异位妊娠进行回顾性分析。结果不同类型的异位妊娠各有其声像图表现,诊断需密切结合病史和临床表现。结论超声检查对大多数异位妊娠能够为临床诊断提供重要有效的依据,但是仍存在一定的漏诊、误诊的可能,所以建议应结合血β-HCG的检测以及患者的临床表现综合分析来诊断,避免发生漏、误诊。

Objective To summarize experiences in ultrasonic diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy to improve knowledge on ultrasonic manifestation of different types of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 152 cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasonography and confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from 2004 to 2012. Results Different types of ectopic pregnancy had unique ultrasonic manifestations and diagnosis should be made in combination with medical history and clinical manifestations. Conclusion Ultrasonography provides important and effective evidence for clinical diagnosis of most ectopic pregnancy.However,there remains possible missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Therefore,it is recommended to make diagnosis in combination with detection of blood β-HCG and clinical manifestations so as to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
