高迁移率族蛋白1与类风湿关节炎发病机制的相关性研究进展

摘要
近年来的研究指出,高迁移率族蛋白1与类风湿关节炎的发生和发展相关。其从细胞核转移至核外后,高迁移率族蛋白1可以细胞因子与相关受体结合的形式促进类风湿关节炎的炎症反应、参与血管翳的形成,甚至造成骨及软骨的破坏。本文将近年来对其与类风湿关节炎发病机制的相关性研究进行了整理并作综述。
