干细胞辅助脂肪移植的临床试验进展分析 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪,自体脂肪组织移植已经应用于人体软组织缺损的重建.在传统的脂肪组织移植中,平均吸收率为25%~80%.影响移植脂肪组织吸收率的因素包括:移植脂肪细胞的活性及纯度、受区的血供情况、移植脂肪组织的数量和体积等.因为脂肪细胞耐受缺氧能力差,所以在移植的初始阶段,受区血液供应(毛细血管系统)没有建立,多数脂肪细胞在最初的48 h内发生变性和坏死.近年的研究发现,脂肪来源干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)能够耐受缺氧,在缺氧条件刺激下,可分泌多种细胞因子,发挥促血管生成作用和趋化作用,从而提高脂肪细胞的成活率;同时,ADSCs还可以向脂肪细胞分化.因此,应用干细胞辅助脂肪移植(cell-assisted lipotransfer,CAL)可以提高移植脂肪的成活率.
