摘要
岗位职责规范是人力资源管理的重要基础。论文以S省某政府系统为例,对公务员岗位职责规范应用效果的影响因素进行实证研究。研究发现:公务员岗位职责规范与实际工作的相关性、人事部门在人力资源管理中的应用、普通公务员在个人管理中的应用对岗位职责规范的应用效果有显著正向影响。为进一步提高公务员岗位职责规范的应用效果,应适时更新调整岗位职责规范、以考核带动岗位职责规范的应用、加强普通公务员对岗位职责规范的应用。
Based on the assumptions, the research discussed influence factors of civil servants' job description and job specifica- tion applied effect. The results show that applied effect of civil servants' job description and job specification is posi- tively influenced by the correlation among job description, job specification and real work, the application of job de- scription and job specification in human resource management by personnel department, the application of personnel management by regular civil servants. Then, in order to effectively improve the applied effect of civil servants' job description and job specification, we should timely update and modify job description and job specification, use servants' assessment as a powerful mean of promote the application of job description and job specification, enhance job description and job specification applied in regular civil servants' personal management.
