摘要
"双师型"教师所具有的应用型、复合型、创新型特质决定了他们在"卓越计划"实施中的重要地位和突出作用。充分地发挥其作用,有助于地方高校在"卓越计划"实施中实施差异化发展战略并创设出自身的特色,为我国工程教育人才培养闯出一条新路。
The practical, versatile and innovative qualities of ＂Double - qualified＂ teachers decide their important status and prominent role in the implementation of ＂Excellence Program＂. To fully play their roles will help the local colleges and universi- ties pursue their differentiated development strategy and form their own characteristics in the project, hewing out a new way for China＇s cultivation of engineering education talents.
