摘要
"以学生为中心"的教育理念,已成为世界高等教育发展的必然趋势,引导着我国高等教育改革的发展方向。在推动"以学生为中心"的高等教育改革进程中,大学教师是关键角色。因此,本文基于适应性的组织管理模型,建议高校从组织结构、教育管理机制和校园文化建设等方面入手,建立"以学生为中心"的大学教师发展体系,以帮助大学教师适应"以教师为中心"到"以学生为中心"所带来的系列变革。
"Student centered" educational philosophy has become the world trend of higher education development which is guiding the direction of the higher education reform in China. In promoting the "studentcentered" reform in higher education, university teachers play an indispensable key role. Therefore, based on an adaptive organization and management model, this paper suggests that on the basis of organizational structure, educational management mechanism and the construction of campus culture, a "student-centered" system of faculty development should be established in university,ersities to help teachers cope with a series of changes brought about by the transformation from "teacher-centered" to "student-centered" teaching.
