摘要
目的:探讨高功率雷达微波辐照对大鼠外周血细胞计数的影响及防护。方法:将成年雄性SD大鼠按体质量随机分为7组,即对照组、微波辐照组、物理防护组、安多霖(低剂量)组、安多霖(高剂量)组、参力胶囊(低剂量)组和参力胶囊(高剂量)组,每组10只。辐照后1d,左心室穿刺取血,检测血细胞计数的变化情况。结果:与对照组相比,辐照组的白细胞计数、红细胞计数和血红蛋白定量均显著下降(P<0.05),各防护组无显著变化;安多霖(低剂量)、安多霖(高剂量)以及参力胶囊(低剂量)组的血小板计数显著升高(P<0.05),而辐照组无显著变化。结论:高功率雷达微波辐照能够对机体的血液系统造成一定程度的影响,表现为外周血白细胞数计数、红细胞数计数和血红蛋白定量下降,安多霖胶囊、参力胶囊以及防电磁波辐射面料均表现出了较好的防护效果。此外,安多霖胶囊和参力胶囊还表现出一定的升高血小板计数的作用。
Objective:To explore the high-power radar microwave radiation on rat blood cells. Methods:Accord-ing to body weight,adult male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,irradiation group,physical protection, Anduolin( high dose)group,Anduolin( low dose)group,Shenli( high dose)group and Shenli( low dose)group,10 rats in each group. 1d after irradiation,left ventricle was punctured and blood was taken for blood analysis. The data was analysed by ANOVA. Results:Compared with the control group,WBC,RBC and HGB of exposure group decreased significantly(P〈0. 05),there were no change for physical protection group and all the medicine protection groups. Compared with the control group,PLT of Anduolin( high dose)group,Anduolin( low dose)group and Shenli( high dose)group increased significantly(P〈0. 05),there was no change for exposure group. Conclusion:High-power ra-dar microwave exposure can infect blood system by decreasing WBC,RBC and HGB. Anduolin capsules,Shenli cap-sules and anti-electromagnetic radiation fabric showed good protective effect.
