PI3Kp110α、p-AktSer^(473)及β-Catenin在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达与临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨PI3Kp110α、p-AktSer473及β-Catenin蛋白在卵巢浆液性癌组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法:应用免疫组化法,检测5份正常卵巢、10份卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、18份卵巢交界性浆液性囊腺瘤、38份卵巢浆液性癌中PI3Kp110α、p-AktSer473及β-Catenin蛋白的表达,并分析PI3Kp110α、p-AktSer473与β-Catenin三者间的关系。结果:PI3Kp110α、p-AktSer473及β-Catenin蛋白在正常卵巢组织中的阳性蛋白率分别是0%、0%、0%。PI3Kp110α、p-AktSer473及β-Catenin蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤组织中的阳性蛋白率分别是10%、10%、20%,它们均显著低于卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中的95%、74%、84%(P<0.01)。PI3Kp110α、p-AktSer473及β-catenin蛋白在交界性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为89%、56%、57%,交界性肿瘤与卵巢浆液性癌组织比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PI3Kp110α、p-AktSer473及β-Catenin蛋白在卵巢浆液性癌中过度表达,可能共同参与卵巢浆液性癌的发生、发展。 Objective:To discuss the expression and their relationship of PI3Kp110α,p-AktSer473 andβ-Cate-nin protein in serous ovarian tumor. Methods:SP immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expressions and their relationship of PI3Kp110α,p-AktSer473 andβ-Catenin protein in 71 cases of serous ovarian tumor tissue. Results:Expression rates of PI3Kp110α,p-AktSer473 andβ-Catenin in normal ovary tissue respectively were 0%, 0%,0%;Expression rates of PI3Kp110α,p-AktSer473 andβ-Catenin in ovarian serous cystadenoma tissue respec-tively were 10%,10%,20%,obviously lower than 95%,74%,84% of the ovarian serous adenocarcinoma tissue( P〈0. 01). Expression rates of PI3Kp110α,p-AktSer473 and β-Catenin in ovarian border tumor tissue respectively were 89%,56%,57%,with the ovarian cancer to compare separately,the difference had no significance(P〉0. 05). Conclusion:PI3Kp110α,p-AktSer473 and β-Catenin protein excessively expresses in ovarian serous adenocarcino-ma possibly common participate the occurrence and development of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
