高密度脂蛋白作为一种内源性纳米颗粒,具有良好的生物相容性、可彻底生物降解、无免疫原性,不被体内网状内皮系统识别而可以在体内长期循环,是一种值得研究的药物靶向载体。此文主要介绍了近年来HDL作为药物载体,尤其是肿瘤靶向载体的研究新进展。

High-density lipoprotein（ HDL）,a kind of endogenous nanoparticles,is completely biodegradable with-out immunological responses. It can escape recognition and elimination by the retieuloendothelial system（ RES）. HD-Las a drug carrier has potential application for targeting therapy in cancer. The new research progress relevant,espe-cially tumor targeting is introduced here.
