摘要
研究发现雌激素与很多肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,如乳腺癌、卵巢癌、子宫癌、肝癌、前列腺癌、结肠癌、肺癌等。雌激素是通过与靶器官上的雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)结合,借助第二信使通过一系列的信号转导途径发挥间接的致癌作用。在临床应用中常用免疫组化等检测方法测定ER值,ER表达水平能够提示机体的生物学行为,有助于对疾病进行分类分级,指导治疗,评估疾病预后。本文收集了目前ER的表达对于不同肿瘤中的诊断、治疗的指导,并作总结。
Studies proved a strong relevance between the estrogen and the progress of tumors,such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer,cervical cancer. By binding with the estrogen receptor( ER)of some target organs,the estrogen plays a role of indirect carcinogenesis with help of a second messenger in a series of signal transduction pathways. Inclinical practice,immunohistochemistry( IHC)is commonly used to measure the value of ER. The degree of ER-expression can prompt the biological behavior,is helpful with diseasesˊclassification,treatments and prognosis. We have collected ER expression in different tumors and summarized such guidance ofdiagnose and treatment.
