摘要2014年3月3日,美国心脏协会（American Heart Association,AHA）和美国心脏病学院（American College of Cardiology,ACC）发布了《2014心脏瓣膜病患者管理指南》（以下简称＂指南＂）[1].这是该指南2008年版的更新,有以下几个方面值得我国心脏外科医师重视.
