纵隔异位甲状腺癌误诊一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女性,73岁.因＂间断胸闷2个月余＂于2013年12月17日入院.体检：体温36.7℃,心率78次/min,呼吸19次/min,血压134/75 mmHg（1 mmHg =0.133 kPa）.胸部CT检查示：右上纵隔食管气管旁可见类圆形低密度影,大小约45 mm＆#215;39 mm（图1A）,增强扫描未见明显强化,边界清,密度均匀（图1B）,考虑支气管囊肿或气管囊肿.于2013年12月31日行＂胸腔镜下右侧纵隔肿物切除术＂,术中可见：右胸腔部分条索样粘连,无胸腔积液;右纵隔气管旁可见大小约5 cm＆#215;4 cm＆#215;3 cm囊性肿块,囊肿与锁骨下血管关系密切.
