中药续断接骨汤对自体骨髓移植治疗骨不连的影响

Effect of Autogenously Bone Marrow Transplant Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Bone Nonunion

目的:明确活血化瘀中药对骨髓移植骨不连骨折愈合的影响。方法:将我科2006年6月-2013年12月收治的骨不连骨折病人进行常规手术植骨内固定术,选取符合入选条件的病例分别采用自体骨髓移植治疗(A组)和采用自体骨髓移植并予中药续断接骨汤辨证治疗(B组)。所有病例定期检测血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性;定期按同一标准X线测定骨痂生长量;观察骨折愈合时间,每组选资料完整的12例病人,将数据进行处理,并进行比较。结果:两组间ALP活性、骨痂生长量、骨折愈合时间等比较差异均有统计学意义,且B组均优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:中药续断接骨汤可以提高自体骨髓移植后骨不连骨折的愈合速度及骨痂质量,缩短骨折愈合时间。

Objective：To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xuduan Jiegu Tang which activating blood circulation to dissipate stasis in the treatment of bone nonunion with autogenously bone marrow transplant.Methods：Our study included 24 patients suffering from bone nonunion from June 2006 to December 2013 in our hospital.All patients were randomly divided into two groups：group A treated with autologous bone marrow transplantation while group B treated with autologous bone marrow transplantation combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The healing state of bone fracture and the callus quality were evaluated by regular X-ray examination,and the activity of alkaline phosphatase（ALP）was measured.Results：Group B was significantly superior to Group A in the activity of alkaline phosphatase,callus quality and healing time（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine Xuduan Jiegu Tang can improve healing speed and quality in the treatment of bone nonunion with autogenously bone marrow transplant.
