经皮椎间孔镜配合活络效灵丹治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation about Percutaneous Intervertebral Kong Jing and Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan for Lumbar disc herniation

目的：观察经皮椎间孔镜技术配合中药活络效灵丹加味治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效性及安全性。方法：选择自2011年5月-2013年5月56例单节段椎间盘突出症患者：男36例、女20例;年龄18-60岁,平均46.5岁。均存在明显的腰痛及下肢放射痛或麻木,患者术前完善腰椎正侧位、动力位X线片、CT、MRI.局麻下完成手术,术后通过辨证论治给以口服活络效灵丹加味,连续服用两周。采用JOA下腰痛评分（日本骨科学会）,视觉模拟评分系统（VAS）评分。结果：经皮椎间孔镜配合活络效灵丹治疗效果明显;术后1周、3个月、1年均明显优于单纯椎间孔镜治疗组（P〈0.05）。结论：经皮椎间孔配合中药活络效灵丹加味治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效,中西医结合治疗取得良好效果。

Objective：To observe the efficiency and safety of Percutaneous Intervertebral Kong Jing combined with Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan for lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods：56patients（36males and 20females）with LDH from May 2011 to May 2013 were operated under local anaesthesia,which all got obvious lumbago,sciatica pain and numbness.The mean age of the patients was 46.5years（range 18 to 60years）.All patients took lumbar radiograph,movement X-ray,CT and MRI preoperatively and took Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan orally two weeks after operation.JOA score and WAPS score system were applied to estimate the curative effect.Results：Percutaneous Intervertebral Kong Jing combined with Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan to treat LDH can get obvious effect.The curative effect was obvious better than simple Intervertebral Kong Jing in the first week,the third month and one year after surgery（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Percutaneous Intervertebral Kong Jing combined with Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan in the treatment of LDH is safe and effective which proves combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can acquire good effect.
