摘要
在信息技术快速发展和智慧城市建设上升为国家战略背景下,传统城市空间规划研究范式面临转型。本文在梳理传统城市空间规划存在问题的基础上,重点从方法论和编制方法两个层面对智慧城市空间规划方法进行探讨,并强调了大数据应用在规划转型中的重要作用。研究表明智慧城市空间规划应该以满足政府、企业及居民需求和解决城市问题为导向,更加关注城市空间的流动、土地混合利用、微观个体分析及空间相关研究,并充分发挥网络、信息设备及传感器等大数据采集和挖掘分析技术在城市空间发展战略制定、质量评价、规模预测及用地布局等方面的革新作用,从而实现城市可持续发展的目标。
With the rapid development of Information Communication Technology and against the background of national strategy of smart city construction, the traditional research paradigm of urban spatial planning faces a transformation. Based on the combination of the problems of traditional urban spatial planning, this paper discusses the spatial planning methods of smart city at two levels, methodology and methods, and also emphasizes on the important role of big data application in the planning transformation. In order to meet the demands of governments, enterprises and residents and solve urban problems, spatial planning of smart city should pay more attention to the space of flow, mixed land use, residential activities analysis and spatial relationship, it also needs to regenerate traditional methods of spatial-planning-involved strategy formulation, space evolution, scale prediction and land layout by using the capture and mining technology of big data from network, informational devices and sensors to achieve sustainable development.
