扁桃体术后继发性多次出血1例

A case of secondary bleeding after tonsentectomy

患者,女,23岁,2013年9月因＂化脓性扁桃体炎反复发作20余天＂入住我院,既往有发烧、咽痛,扁桃体隐窝有脓栓,于当地医院行抗炎治疗好转后又复发,病情迁延近1个月,患者因难以忍受决定行扁桃体切除术。术前轻度咽痛,体检见双扁桃体慢性充血,经静脉滴注抗生素4d,患者咽痛症状基本消失。在全身麻醉下行扁桃体切除术,手术创面出血先予棉球压迫,后用双极电凝止血成功,手术顺利。患者术后3d出院。
